Deryth Vine

4 children’s books by the writer and illustrator

Deryth Vine's literary journey is a compelling story in itself. Last year, when her sister was unpacking boxes following a house move, she found a dusty manuscript written when she was just thirteen years old whilst living in Singapore. It remained hidden for sixty-six years and had travelled to England, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and back to England in boxes. Without hesitation, it was decided to finally publish it - 'Fiskers meets Santa Claus'. With the book finally on the shelves and meeting success, she decided to write the second book in the 'Fiskers Field Mouse Series', which has just been published, called 'Fiskers and the Ice Queen's Palace'. A third book in the same series is being completed called 'Fiskers and the Goblin City'.
