Born in Canada, she came to live in England at the age of eleven and since then has returned to Canada and lived in Ireland. She now lives in Herefordshire. Her other titles for A&C Black include the Rockets series, Crook Catcher, and two books in the Comix series, Yikes! It's a Yeti! and Aargh! It's an Alien.
